Hotel Boutique Maribel is located in the town of Alquézar (in the Somontano Region), declared a Historic-Artistic Site in 1982. Its architecture, its preserved medieval layout and the recognized value of its artistic heritage, represented in the monumental complex of the Castle and the Collegiate Church of Santa María (declared a Historical Monument in 1931) make it one of the most visited tourist destinations in the province of Huesca.
The unique building that houses our Hotel has respected the typology of the traditional stone and brick buildings of the region. The façade, with a semicircular portal, is covered by a stone ashlar plinth characteristic of the area and carefully worked; and the upper floors are raised with manual rustic brick and pigmented render coverings executed in a traditional way. The building is finished off with arches and openings in the manner of sunning, protected by a projecting eaves, executed with wooden poles.
The old factories with revoltón roofs, sketched beams and solid hardwood floorboards, recreate the welcoming nobility of its interior architecture. The rooms of the Hotel Boutique Maribel are arranged around a generous stone staircase with a tropical wood railing from Iroko: on the ground floor are the common spaces such as the reception, the whimsical breakfast room 'El Reloj de Olorón', the exclusive pub-cafeteria 'Los Infiernetes' and an indoor outdoor patio for smokers; and on the three upper floors, the spacious rooms are distributed, all exterior, with differentiated decoration, hydromassage bathtub, minibar, stereo and free Internet service with Wi-Fi connection.

Our rooms
Each of the 9 rooms of the Maribel Boutique Hotel has been identified with the name of one of the 9 grapes harvested in the Somontano region: Cabernet, Chardonnay, Garnacha, Macabeo, Merlot, Moristel, Moscatel, Parraleta and Tempranillo. It is our personal tribute to the wineries of the Somontano Designation of Origin and a symbol of commitment to continue offering the traveler the experience of making the authentic sensations, aromas and colors of Alquézar and its surroundings their own.
All rooms are exterior and are equipped with heating and air conditioning. They have plasma TV, telephone and Wi-Fi connection, minibar, hydromassage bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobe and reading pillows.
How to get to the hotel
- At the roundabout at the entrance to Alquézar, next to the Ermita de San Antón, you must turn left, following the road towards the municipal parking lot. It is mandatory sense.
- Continue the route of the blue circles until you reach the municipal parking square, arranged in terraces with olive trees.
- Take the street that goes down to the right; 20 meters away, on the left you will find the private parking of the Hotel Boutique Maribel, for which you will already have the opening code that we will have previously provided. (The door closes automatically: you don't have to wait for it to close.)
- From the car park there is a 1 minute walk: go down the street that goes to the center of Alquézar and turn into the first street on the left (Calle San Clemente) that leads directly to the hotel.
